Overview
As a Seoul Based photographer, I was commissioned to document a real-estate property owned by Union Investment Group. Union Investment belongs to the German cooperative financial network and provides investment solutions for institutional, retail, and real-estate clients. Since its foundation in 1956, the group has focused on long-term partnership and professional fund management.
The German artist agency Bransch hired me as photographer and videographer to document one of Union Investment’s large logistics properties located outside Seoul, South Korea. The assignment included both still photography and motion work, focusing on the scale, structure, and operational character of the site.
The property itself is a large storage and distribution facility. My approach as a Seoul Based Photographer Focused on corporate industrial Architecture was direct and observational. I focused on architectural lines, spatial depth, and the rhythm of industrial processes rather than staging or dramatizing the environment. The goal was clarity, presenting the building as an operational asset within Union Investment’s portfolio.
Working on industrial real estate requires attention to proportion and context. Wide frames established the structure within its surroundings, while closer compositions highlighted material surfaces and structural details. Because the property operates as an active logistics hub, timing and coordination with on-site teams were essential during production.
This project reflects my broader work in corporate and industrial photography across South Korea, particularly within logistics, manufacturing, and infrastructure environments where documentation must remain precise and understated
