A young girl dreams of venturing into outer space. Upon reaching her destination, she skillfully transforms the menacing aliens into a tranquil groove using her ray gun. This captivating narrative unfolds in a new music video crafted by CONTENTED, a Seoul-based production company led by filmmakers Nils Clauss and Neil Dowling. Collaborating on this project, CONTENTED joined forces with architect and interior designer Will Craig. Craig played a pivotal role in designing the striking location where the music video for M83‘s renowned song “Moonchild” was filmed.

We announce with excitement the release of our latest cinematic venture: the music video for M83’s “Moonchild.”This sci-fi influenced music video promises to take viewers on an extraordinary journey. It is a journey through imagination and visual effects, narrating the dream of a young girl. She finds herself in outer space, wielding her mesmerizing ray gun against evil aliens.

We collaborated with the visionary interior designer Will Craig from Discursive Form behind the scenes. Will Craig is renowned for his work at Seoul’s iconic Club Mute. Craig’s artistic vision seamlessly merged architecture with cinematography, breathing life into the outer space scenes and adding a profound depth to the narrative.

We are also proud to share that “Moonchild” has received recognition in Genero‘s esteemed music video competition. This is a testament to the synergy between music, visuals, and architecture emanating from Seoul, South Korea. This acknowledgment underscores the collaborative efforts that brought this project to life.
